JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
  1. If you are a consumer, please note that these Website Terms and Conditions, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by Northern Irish law. You and we both agree that if a dispute arises that we cannot settle between us, despite following any complaints procedure we might put in place from time to time, the courts of Northern Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of England and Wales you may also bring proceedings in England and Wales, if you are a resident in Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland and if you are a resident in the Republic of Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the Republic of Ireland.  
  2. If you are a business these Website Terms and Conditions their subject matter and their formation are governed by Northern Irish law. If a dispute arises that we cannot settle between us, despite following any complaints procedure we might put in place from time to time, it will be decided in the Northern Irish courts.  
  3. Our website is designed for use in the United Kingdom and you must not use our website or services in countries where the local law restricts or does not allow this. 
CHANGES
  1. We may update or change these Website Terms and Conditions at any time. Every time you wish to use our website you should check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time, as they are legally binding on you, if you use our website. Sometimes a notice or other provision on another part our website might replace part of these Website Terms and Conditions.

Competition Terms & Conditions

1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. The Promoter is: Predict 7 Group Limited, incorporated and registered in Northern Ireland under company number NI731727 with registered offices in Co. Tyrone, United Kingdom (the “Promoter”).  
  2. Individuals who subscribe to either the Basic or Premium Newsletter (as defined below) and enter their predictions will be entered into the Competition (the “Players”).  
  3. Players must predict the exact finishing order of the top seven clubs in the 2025/26 season of the Northern Ireland Football League (“NIFL”) Premiership (the “Competition”).  
  4. The Competition will run from noon on 8th August 2025 (the “Opening Date”) to midnight on 20th August 2025 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. 
  5. The Competition is open to all residents in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands aged 18 years or over except:  
    1. employees of the Promoter; 
    2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or  
    3. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.  
  6. In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Proof of age and identity will be required for the winners. 
2. HOW TO PLAY
  1. There are two methods of entry to the Competition
    1. Free method of entry – Players can subscribe to the Predict7 Irish League Newsletter (the “Basic Newsletter”) and enter their free prediction at www.predict7.com before midnight on 20th August 2025. No purchase payment or other financial contribution is necessary to enter or win the prize draw. 
    2. Premier method of entry – Players can subscribe to the Predict7 Premium Irish League Newsletter (the “Premium Newsletter”) at a cost of £10.00 per annum and enter their prediction at www.predict7.com before midnight on 20th August 2025. The prize pot will be tripled for Players who subscribe to the Premium Newsletter.  
  2. All Competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.  
  3. In order to subscribe to the Basic or Premium Newsletter and enter the Competition, each Player must submit their first name, last name, DOB and email address. 
  4. There is a limit of one entry per person and a Player cannot maintain simultaneous entries under both the free and premium methods. This means that a Player cannot double their entries (and therefore their potential entitlement to prizes or chances of winning) by subscribing to the Premium Newsletter, save that the prize pot will be tripled for such Players. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify you if they have reasonable grounds to believe that multiple entries have been created by or are under the control of the same person.  
  5. By submitting a Competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will apply for the duration of the 2025/26 season of the NIFL Premiership 
3. AFTER ENTERING
  1. Once an entry has been submitted, it cannot be changed before the Closing Date
  2. Players will receive an email confirming their participation in the Competition, with their prediction sent back to them as a copy or for reference.  
  3. Players will receive a separate email confirming their subscription to either the Basic or Premium Newsletter. Anyone who unsubscribes within 30 days of their Competition entry will be immediately disqualified from the Competition 
  4. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Under no circumstances can a Player submit their entry via email.  
4. AFTER ENTERING
  1. The Player who correctly predicts the exact finishing order of the top seven clubs in the 2025/26 season of the NIFL Premiership will be awarded a prize (the “Prize Winner”)
  2. Subject to clause 4.5 below, if the Prize Winner has entered the Competition via subscription to the Basic Newsletter a prize of £250.00 (the “Basic Prize”) will be awarded.
  3. Subject to clause 4.6 below, if the Prize Winner has entered the Competition via subscription to the Premium Newsletter a prize of £750.00 (the “Premium Prize”) will be awarded.  
  4. For the avoidance of doubt, a prize of either £250.00 or £750.00 will be awarded depending on the method of entry to the Competition.
  5. If there are two or more Prize Winners among entrants to the Competition via subscription to the Basic Newsletter, the Basic Prize of £250.00 will be shared equally among all such Prize Winners 
  6. If there are two or more Prize Winners among entrants to the Competition via subscription to the Premium Newsletter, the Premium Prize of £750.00 will be shared equally among all such Prize Winners. 
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher monetary value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.  
  8. Additional prizes and/or specials may be introduced during the Competition at the discretion of the Promoter. These will be in addition to the prizes outlined above. In the event that additional prizes are introduced, the Promoter will publish and notify Players of any additional terms and conditions as may be applicable.  
5. WINNERS
  1. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into 
  2. The Promoter will contact the Prize Winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date (as defined below) using the email provided by the Prize Winner when signing up to either the Basic or Premium Newsletter. It is each Player’s sole responsibility to ensure that their contact details are up to date.  
  3. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the Prize Winner’s name on www.predict7.com as soon as possible following the end of the Season.  
  4. If you object to any or all of your name being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at info@predict7.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.  
6. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
  1. If you are the Prize Winner, you will have 5 Business Days (a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Northern Ireland when banks in Belfast are open for business) from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by responding to the email sent by the Promoter informing you of the win.  
  2. Prize Winners will be required to verify (with evidence satisfactory to the Promoter) their age, identity, residence and other required verification information to the satisfaction of the Promoter prior to being eligible to receive a prize.  
  3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Prize Winner. If the Prize Winner cannot be contacted, is not available, cannot verify their registration information to the satisfaction of the Promoter, has been found to have breached these terms and conditions, or has not claimed the prize within 5 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the Prize Winner and offer the prize to the next eligible Player 
  4. Please allow 45 days for the delivery or payment of the prize.  
  5. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.  
7. WORST CASE SCENARIOS
  1. If the 2025/26 season of the NIFL Premiership is abandoned or not completed for any reason whatsoever, the Competition will be considered void. 
  2. The finishing position of the table at the final whistle of the last game of the season is final; expulsion or deducted points will be included as long as they fall before the final whistle of the last game of the season.  
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.  
9. MARKETING AND PUBLICITY
  1. The Promoter will use each Player’s personal details for the purpose of administering this Competition. By entering this Competition, you agree that the Promoter and their business partners may use the details you give to us to contact you about products and services that may be of interest to you.  
  2. You can change your direct marketing preferences by contacting us by email at info@predict7.com. You can also click on the “unsubscribe” link in direct marketing emails from the Promoter to be removed from receiving future email marketing.
  3. Entry and participation in the Promotion constitutes permission for the Promoter and/or its associated, affiliated and subsidiary companies to use the names, predictions and photographs of participants for publishing purposes at its discretion, including but not limited to, leader boards and other display within the Promoter Website or related applications. 
  4. All Prize Winners may be required to participate in such publicity as the Promoter reasonably requires 
10. DATA PROTECTION
  1. The Promoter will only process your personal information in compliance with the requirements of all applicable data protection and privacy legislation in force from time to time in the UK including the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 (and regulations made thereunder) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2426) as amended and the guidance and codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or other relevant regulatory authority and applicable to a party.  
11. GENERAL
  1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition. 
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize Competition where it becomes necessary to do so. 
  3. These terms and conditions are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in Northern Ireland.
